Advisory Focus

We exclusively focus on advisory mandates related to the real estate segments of retail, hotel, and office. We are predominantly active in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Canada, the US, Poland, the Russian Federation, Turkey and - for selected clients only - in India.

We've successfully worked at projects in next to all European countries. Thus, we are familiar with many local and regional marktes across Europe.


Services

We directly provide the services listed below:

        • Market analysis, location analysis, feasibility studies and concepts related to mall projects, real estate developments and rejuvenation schemes

        • Property evaluation, assessment of retail and hotel concepts, property and portfolio analysis, portfolio optimization, property rating including the development of customized rating systems

        • Investment and transaction assistance, property marketing, preparation and realization of market entry strategies

Additionally, we are available for personal and real estate related coaching, workshops, lectures, courses, authorships and editorial projects.

Fee agreements are to be negotiated project-related and individually, respectively.
